By downloading or using The Road, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
The Road is a narrative game with optional online features (chapter delivery, account sync, social). Content and availability may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Accounts
Linked accounts use Apple or Google sign-in via Firebase. You are responsible for your account activity. Usernames and display names must not impersonate others or violate law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Intellectual property
The app, art, writing, and branding are owned by Zenvix Labs or licensors. Biblical text used in reveals is presented in context of the game experience; you may not redistribute game content outside personal use.
Conduct
- No harassment of other pilgrims
- No cheating, scraping, or reverse engineering to harm the service
- No illegal use of invites or social features
Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is." It is entertainment, not religious instruction, counseling, or medical advice. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for claims related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if the app was free).
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may terminate or restrict access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer rights apply where you live.
